Aerobics & Abs Class – Get fit the fun way

In this aerobics class you will perform a range of different cardio moves, all taken at your own pace and all guided by our friendly instructor Kellyanne who will motivate you to achieve your goals.  Best of all, classes are provided FREE by Manor and Castle Development Trust to promote healthier communities.
