In attendance at Sunshine Pre-School, Woodthorpe Children’s Centre, yesturday evening.  Matthew Stroud who is now 11 and the central character of the book, was there in person to sign copies of the book for local parents.

The book written to reduce the frustration that sometimes arises when children do things that “do your head in”.  To show patterns in play known as “schemas”.  Like children that like to line things up, throw things or are fascinated by moving lines like running water.

The parents who attended the book launch and featured in the photograph below recommend the Parents Are Experts sessions and say they were “fun”, “interesting” and “enlightening”. More importantly it resulted in them having more patience and a better relationship with their children.
