Admin Support Assistant

Hours:        8 hours per week (flexible)

Preferably over two mornings 9:30am-1:30pm (but flexible after discussion)

Salary:       £11.44 per hour

Location:   Sheffield

Contract:   S6 months fixed term (with possible extension)

The Role:

  • To provide general administrative support to one of the senior managers
    within our organisation
  • Typing, photocopying, designing and utilising spreadsheets, making and
    taking phone calls and maintaining an effective filing system
  • Designing posters and other promotional material as required
  • Responding to and writing emails
  • Any other ad hoc admin tasks needed

We are looking for:

  • Someone who is reliable, friendly, trustworthy and honest
  • Someone who is confident on the phone
  • Proficient with administration and using various IT systems
  • Good level of grammar
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently
  • Has a good sense of humour
  • Previous experience would be beneficial
