Front of House Reception/Operations Co-ordinator
Hours: Full time: 37.5 hours per week shift pattern: 9:15am – 5:15pm Monday to Friday
Part time: 25 hours per week shift pattern 8am – 1pm Monday to Friday
Salary: £10.80 per hour
Location: Sheffield
The Role:
As the Operations Coordinator you will be part of the team responsible for day-to-day operations of our business centre, The Quadrant. You will be responsible for the front of house reception for both tenants and visitors, and must ensure a high standard of service and presentation is delivered at all times. You will also be responsible for the organisation of meetings, including booking rooms, organising refreshments, and coordinating events on the day. You will also have accountability for building maintenance, which involves carrying out quality checks, ensuring the building is safe and overseeing contractors for telecoms maintenance and security.
We are looking for:
- A positive can do attitude
- A professional approach to work
- Experience in working in a customer care role (minimum 2 years)
- IT literate, confident with a range of applications including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- A good communicator (both orally and in writing)
- Full driving license and use of own vehicle
- First Aid Qualified (or willing to undertake training and keep this up to date)
- The ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
