Kettlercise at Park Centre

An effective fat burning workout using kettlebells designed to shape, sculpt and tone your body! It’s fun, super-quick and super-effective!
No previous experience is necessary. Classes are aimed at both men & women of all ages & fitness standards, and run by a fully qualified Boxercise instructor.
