Session 1 – Physical Relaxation

Our workshops are free to attend and will each focus on a different technique around managing stress, anxiety, unwanted thoughts, etc. No need to attend all 4 sessions, try as many as you like!

‘I am not my thoughts’ – Monday 17th February 1:30 – 3pm
Acknowledging difficult feelings – Monday 2nd March 1:30 – 3pm
Present moment awareness – Monday 16th March 1:30 – 3pm
