The Trust is dedicated to safeguarding our service users and ensuring that all our employees are equipped to do so. We therefore ask that all client facing roles and senior managers complete safeguarding and prevent training every 3 years. The HR manager is responsible for maintaining these records and employees will receive an email when their training is due. It is the responsibility of the employee to ensure that the necessary training is then completed as soon as possible.

MCDT Board has a designated Safeguarding Trustee and the Chair of the Board, is the Boards safeguarding lead for vulnerable adults. The Board will undertake safeguarding training every 3 years.
