Dementia in our community

Are you a person living with dementia?  We can support you to live well in your community!

Are you a carer of someone with dementia?  We know you are doing a great job and we can provide you with information & support to continue caring and to be able to live life on your own!

There are now 7,000 people living with dementia in Sheffield and around 300 people in our community.  We want our community to become more friendly for people with dementia.
