MCDT Activities

Manor & Castle Development Trust runs a number of physical activities for all levels of fitness that are sure to help with your welbeing.  Be it one of our Health walks,  take a simple brisk walk around the local area or one of the great parks we have located on our door step with other local people and make new friends.  Then progress to other activities like Boxercise a fun, fast paced exercise class based on basic boxing techniques combined with aerobic exercise or try others such as Circuit training and Kettlercise.

All our classes are run by our two fully qualified instructors Kellyanne Sharman and Errol Barrows.
