Springboard Social Café
Provides a safe and positive place for people with low level mental health conditions to meet new people and get support on their journey to recovery. The café runs Mondays 10am – 12 noon alternating venues between Manor Library & York House. We provide activities and information that helps people to manage their mental wellbeing

Our Advocacy Team can help you to access free support which could involve:
- Access to physical fitness
- Introduction to social groups and activities
