Back to Nature, back to better well-being

Fun packed sessions learning how to cook on a open outdoor fire including how to make a fire with natural materials safely while looking after the environment. Learning how to do different types of knots and make a shelter. Plus learn tips for mindful practice while enjoying the great fresh air of the outdoors.

This course is for adults designed to improve self-esteem and strengthen a connection to nature. This is one morning session per week for 8 weeks and courses are arranged throughout the year.
